23-27 October 2020 | With Adrian Karunavira - Bangor Univ. & Mindful Health This Silent Retreat gives the opportunity ...

This Silent Retreat gives the opportunity to be with ourselves and go beyond ourselves: whether meditating, walking in the landscape or sitting by the window with a cup of tea. We thus develop a deeper but kindly awareness of the play of our minds and of the world of our senses – the sights, the sounds, the scents, the very feel of things and our resonance with them. This retreat is led in a residential format, which means there is a great deal of mindfulness practice embedded. The wonderful venue very much facilitates this format; we will will meet, eat and be housed in a relatively secluded area.
