mindfulness techniques ONLINE LIVE This is a group-based, teacher led course aimed at helping participants better manage difficult emotions and thoughts and to help find peace and calm in the current storm. Each of the four 90m sessions will introduce simple techniques to develop emotional stability and resilience. The virtual group size will be small enough for individual mentoring in this learning process.
